Ordering was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The checkout process felt kind of clunky, and I kept having to go back and double check things because something about it just didn’t feel right. It did go through eventually, but the whole experience left me annoyed

I used first4figures.com while looking around for a few figures, it was easier to navigate than I expected. The menus mostly made sense, and I didn’t have to dig too hard to find the stuff I was interested in, which was a nice surprise.
The product pages are detailed, with plenty of photos and info, so I guess that’s a good thing. At the same time, they can feel a bit packed, and I definitely had a few moments where I had to slow down and figure out where certain details were hiding.

Checkout and the account pages worked fine for me, so no real complaints there. Overall, it’s a decent site and does what it needs to do, though I’m not sure I’d call it super smooth since some areas could be cleaner and a little quicker

I was really happy when it arrived because the figure looked exactly like the pictures and matched the description really well. There weren’t any weird surprises or differences from what I thought I was getting, which I always appreciate when ordering something online. Overall, it showed up looking just as expected.

I joined the waitlist for a figure I was hoping to get, and after a while I ended up getting the chance to reserve it, which was a nice surprise. The whole process was easy to follow. The emails explained what I needed to do clearly enough, and when I clicked through to the reservation page, everything loaded and worked the way I expected it to. I didn’t have to guess where to click or wonder if my reservation actually went through, which I really appreciated. The only part that felt a little uncertain was the waiting period, because once you’re on the waitlist you kind of just sit there wondering if anything is happening. It would be nice to get a few more updates now and then, even if it’s just a quick status email saying you’re still on the list. But overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely use the waitlist and reservation system again.

I got my figure from first4figures and it wasnt much trouble to put together. The instructions were clear enough and most of it made sense right away, though a couple of the steps couldve been shown a little bigger. Nothing was really difficult, and all the pieces fit like they should. Took me around 20 minutes total. Im happy with it overall, just not quite perfect.

I was a little cautious going in and made sure to keep my confirmation emails just in case, but the cancellation and refund process was really easy. Got my money back fast with no hassle...

I had to return something it was straightforward. Their return policy felt fair, and they got everything sorted out without making it a hassle.

I really liked that they let me split up the payments because it made ordering a lot easier for me. The setup was simple too, like i said, it definitely helped take some pressure off. I just wish the payment reminders were a little clearer, but like i said, the payment plan itself was really helpful...

This figure ended up being bigger than I thought it would be, so yeah, definitely check your shelf space before it arrives. I had to shuffle a few things around to make room, but once it was set up, it looked awesome. It really feels like a proper centerpiece, so no regrets at all

From what I remember, the prices were good for the quality of the figures. They felt solid and looked nice, so overall it seemed like a fair deal to me.

My order history does work, but the account page feels kind of messy to me. I’d feel more comfortable if it was laid out more clearly, since I like being able to double-check past orders without worrying I’m missing something important.

Looks good overall. The details are great. Paint could be cleaner though.

I put down a preorder deposit and it was all straightforward. The confirmation came through quickly, the amount was clearly shown, and there weren’t any random extra charges, which is how it should be. I also liked that I didn’t have to pay the full amount upfront. So far, no issues.

The box showed up dented, which had me wondering if I should’ve been more worried about the packaging or maybe I’m just being picky. Luckily, the figure itself was totally fine, so I guess it worked out in the end.

I really like these figures... the designs are cool and they feel like something worth grabbing. I just wish the limited editions stuck around a little longer, because wow, they sell out fast. Kind of one of those things where if you don’t buy it right away, it’s already gone...

The details are good, but the paint is a bit off

Once my order actually shipped, it got to me quickly. The preorder date did get pushed back a couple times, which was a little frustrating, but that seems to come with the territory when collecting figures. In a weird way, the waiting kind of makes finally getting it feel more satisfying. It arrived safely, and overall I’m really happy with it.

One of the parts arrived broken, which was a little disappointing since I expected everything to work right out of the box. I reached out to support and they sent a replacement. It did take a bit longer than I would’ve hoped, but in the end the issue got fixed, so I’m satisfied overall.

I’ve been buying from First4Figures for a while now, and the loyalty points are okay, I guess. They do help a bit if you order regularly, and the collector perks are nice enough. Still, it’s not exactly amazing or anything, and there are definitely things that could be better. Overall, it feels fair enough to stick around, especially if you’re already collecting from them.

I wasn’t really sure they’d be able to help, but they replied quickly and managed to get it sorted out. Can’t complain, honestly
